The PrimaCUX team is represented by professionals who have no less than 15 years experience working with senior-level executives to design, develop, and manage world-class corporate universities, leadership academies, and technical training institutes. The following biographies demonstrate the capabilities of the PrimaCUX team.
Mark Allen - Chief Consultant
Mark Allen is one of PrimaCUX’s founders and serves as the President and Chief Consultant. He has led major engagements at Xenel, SABIC, ExxonMobil, Shell, Xerox, Sutter Health, Luminant, First Energy, Bank Danamon (Indonesia), IBM, Mars, Mobile Telecom Corporation (now Zaine with HQ in Bahrain), MTN (in South Africa and across the Middle East and Africa), Vodafone, Raytheon, Freescale Semiconductor, Textron, New Jersey Resources, Alyeska Oil Pipeline and the University of Alaska, FDIC, NASDAQ, TAP Pharmaceuticals, the U.S. Department of Defense, Rolf (Russia), Milliken and more. He is the company’s leading expert on all aspects of leadership academy and corporate university design, development, continuous improvement, and management.
Mark has worked extensively in Riyadh where he worked closely with the senior leadership at SABIC to design, develop, and launch SABIC Learning, the Kingdom’s first “corporate university”, which is charged with developing all of SABIC’s current and future leaders. He is currently leading a major learning transformation effort at Xenel working with each of Xenel’s major business units.
Mark was CUX’s president and CEO from 2001 through 2004 and before that was CUX’s S.V.P. of Research and Consulting. He has been designing, developing, and managing corporate universities and leadership centers since 1987. He has been interviewed by Fortune Magazine, the Financial Times, and many other publications.

Maher AlOtaibi - Commercial Manager
Maher AlOtaibi, the Commercial Manager of PrimaCUX, has been involved in administration and education in the Middle East for over 10 years. A Jordanian national, Maher holds a bachelor's degree in English Language and Linguistics, and a master's degree in English Literature from Aligarh Muslim University in India. He is currently working towards his doctoral degree in education leadership management. In 1999 Maher undertook his first research project, studying the perception and understanding of the role of the United Nations within the Middle East. Maher’s professional career started in 2000 when he joined Prince Sultan College of Health Sciences in Dammam. He subsequently worked with Al-Faisal University in Riyadh in a variety of areas including admissions, scholarship awards and the University Preparatory Program.
