We will work with you to design, develop, and implement a customized Leadership Development solution that supports your unique business needs. Our process includes the following:
Project Planning and Current State Assessment: We begin by understanding your business drivers, current and anticipated economic conditions, business and social goals, strategy, priorities, culture, leadership capabilities, and development needs.
Design: We then work with you to develop a program that will address those needs. We do the following:
- Map required leadership capabilities and business needs to Harvard Business Publishing programs.
- Identify optimal program elements and modules to address those needs.
- Work with Harvard Business Publishing to design, develop, and customize the overall management and leadership development curriculum.
- Develop an implementation plan.
- Develop company-specific examples and action-learning plans.
- Develop a plan for engaging your “leaders as teachers”.
- Work with you to develop a communications plan and initiate change management.
Communication and Delivery: We then work with you to implement the program. We can also do the following:
- Work with Harvard Business Publishing in facilitating and guiding learning programs locally.
- Manage action-learning programs.
- Serve as senior advisors for leadership development staff.
- Manage your online learning centers pushing relevant content to managers, encouraging group dialog and application.
- Generate relevant case studies based on internal best practices.
- Share leadership development best practices and lessons learned, and more.
- Document and publish accomplishments, helping to establish a strong Learning Brand for your leadership development function.
